mmmmm..........a request picture by The Parking Meter...cuz the printer usually breaks down when his brother uses it.......=P
I rarely attempt chibis......but I bothered to attempt cel shade with this.....(if this is considered to be a cel shaded picture

I enjoyed making this picture though =E (always similing when I look at it XD)
